2. User Responsibilities

   • Ensuring compliance with travel, visa, and local regulations

3. Subscription, Payments & Renewals

   • All client and business data entered into the system belongs to the subscriber
   • Quote Desks may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, AI model improvements, and platform enhancement
7. Intellectual Property
   All software, UI/UX designs, branding, logos, databases, and system architecture related to Quote Desks are the intellectual property of Quote Desks. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Quote Desks shall not be liable for:
   • Business losses, loss of revenue, or indirect damages
   • Errors resulting from incorrect data entered by users
   • Service delays or failures caused by airlines, hotels, suppliers, or third-party services
   • Decisions made based solely on AI-driven recommendations
9. Account Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
   • Violation of these Terms
   • Illegal, fraudulent, or unethical use
   • Non-payment of subscription fees
