  1. Subscription Fees
    Quote Desks operates on a prepaid subscription model. Fees cover access to the platform, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing feature enhancements.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
    • Duplicate payment made in error
    • Technical failure preventing platform access for an extended period (verified by our technical team)
    • Subscription cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase, provided the account has minimal usage
  3. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Partial usage of a subscription period
    • Change of mind after significant platform usage
    • Failure to use the platform
    • Suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
    • Issues caused by third-party integrations or internet connectivity
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  5. Refund Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
