- Subscription Fees
Quote Desks operates on a prepaid subscription model. Fees cover access to
the platform, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing feature enhancements.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical failure preventing platform access for an extended period (verified by our
technical team)
- Subscription cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase, provided the account
has minimal usage
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Partial usage of a subscription period
- Change of mind after significant platform usage
- Failure to use the platform
- Suspension or termination due to violation of Terms
- Issues caused by third-party integrations or internet connectivity
- Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Access will continue until
the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the
original payment method.
